3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

We accept returns for products that are delivered not as described or have manufacturing faults. Requests for returns must be submitted within 5-7 days of receipt of the item and returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for future purchases. We do not refund the value of shipping paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns

We honour valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers are responsible for pre-paying for the return shipping, and we will reimburse them upon successful warranty claim. Once we receive items for a warranty claim, we will process it within 7 days and offer a refund to the payment method, in-store credit, or a replacement item (if available).

4.3 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.

4.4 Military Address Shipping

We ship to military addresses using USPS.
